A plan to manage the trial strategy (see example in Jurinex seven month plan) is developed that involves research, witness preparation, graphics, focus groups and/or mock trials, jury pool research, or other necessary preparation for trial. Early involvement of the Jurinex team allows the most effective research and exhibits to be provided in a timely manner to allow opportunity for review and revision. This early preparation helps to avoid the errors and/or omissions created by last minute pretrial crisis mentality activities.
Witness preparation prior to deposition avoids errors that may have to be overcome at trial. Jurinex provides outstanding preparation for witness and experts alike. Good preparation for the depositions, strong expert testimony supported by effective graphics, and in depth research often persuade the opposition to settle rather than take on such a coordinated and well prepared team.
At trial, Jurinex assistance continues 24 – 7. A fully staffed war room is provided to support any requirement of the defense team. Intensive juror questionnaires based on pretrial research are used to identify the high risk juror. The team provides extensive juror profiling. Short notice development or modification of exhibits is also available. Continual courtroom feedback and consultation is provided. The option of a shadow jury allows counsel to question and test the effectiveness of the arguments.
Post trial juror interviews provide feedback to counsel and client for use in future cases or on appeal. Jurinex summary reports and analysis are also available to the client and counsel.
