SCOTT MCWILLIAMS, PH.D.

Dr. Scott McWilliams is the founder and managing director of Jurinex. He holds a doctorate degree in legal communication and has more than fifteen years of experience working with clients in all stages of litigation.

Dr. McWilliams has assisted clients around the country with many types of cases including complex torts, hospital defense, intellectual property, product liability, and general corporate litigation. His area of expertise lies in the identification of high risk jurors, conducting mock trials and focus groups, developing persuasive demonstrative exhibits, preparing witnesses, and refining strategies at trial. Clients find his insight so valuable that he is typically asked to assist each day at trial.

Dr. McWilliams is a member of the American Society of Trial Consultants, American Psychology – Law Society, and American Bar Association. He holds a degree in Economics from Baylor University and a doctorate in legal communication and new communication technology from the University of Kansas.
